Bio

Carrolle Perry Devonish is considered by many to be an unsung heroine of black philanthropy. For more than 40 years, she has tirelessly advocated for Black communities and mentored dozens of people from diverse backgrounds in the field. Carrolle was the first Black woman CEO of the Philadelphia Foundation and went on to become the first Executive Director of the Anguilla Community Foundation.
