Michelle DePass made history in 2018 when she became the first Black woman CEO of the Meyer Memorial Trust in Portland, Oregon. During her tenure, Meyer’s Board of Trustees unanimously approved putting racial equity at the center of the Foundation’s work. Michelle stepped down as CEO in February, but her leadership legacy and vision cannot be overstated.
